Please read the following statements carefully before PreOrdering: Please note: Different from the other rilezu offered on this website, Shining Tears rilezu will only be available on a Pre-Order basis. No additional rilezu will be made. Like all rilezu, only 1 cel will be made per scene, once that scene has been ordered, it will no longer be available for additional orders. Each episode will have a page of screen captures with Item number, Price, and Availability listed below. How to Pre-Order: Please make sure you've thoroughly read everything on this page carefully before placing your order. When you are ready, click on the "Please pre-order HERE" icon below and follow the instructions on that page. Methods of Payment: I accept payment in forms of: 1. IPMO (International Postal Money Order): It's the pink money order available only at the Post Office. Any money order issued by banks is NOT accepted. Bank issued International Money Orders will charge at $50 fee to cash in Japan, so only POSTAL money orders are accepted. The total amount is in US Dollars. 2. Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard only): NOT THROUGH PAYPAL. Credit card transactions will be made in Japanese Yen (JPY). If you choose to pay with a credit card, the amount is charged in JPY in my country. Your credit card company will charge you in USDollars using the exchange rate when they charge you. When Will You Pay: When your Pre-Order is confirmed, you need to first pay a deposit. You will pay the rest of the balance including shipping when the rilezu is done and ready to be shipped. If paying with IPMO: A deposit of 10000 yen per ONE rilezu must be received within 2 weeks after your Pre-Order confirmation. Please allot time for mailing to Japan. If paying with a Credit Card: A deposit of 10000 yen per ONE rilezu must be received within 5 days after your Pre-Order confirmation. *Please read here for more information for payment Acceptance of the Pre-Order: After your order is received, the status below the image of your rilezu will say "On Hold." After we received your deposit, it will be changed to "Reserved." When Will You Receive the Rilezu: After we received your Pre-Order, the studio will begin making the rilezu from the image of your choice. The process will take about 2 months or longer, depend on the amount of work currently being done in the studio or the complicity of the scene. When your rilezu is done, we will inform you by e-mail. Please do not keep e-mailing us asking if your order is done, we will let you know. Cancellation and Changes to your Pre-Order: Once your Pre-Order is accepted and your deposit is received, work will start on your rilezu, so we CAN NOT accept any cancellations. If you decide to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit and will be blacklisted from our site. Please make sure you understand this statement and think carefully before making a Pre-Order.
