Please read the following statements carefully before Pre-Ordering. Please note: Unlike other rilezu offered on this website, Vampire Knight rilezu are only available on a pre-order basis. No additional rilezu will be made. Similar to other rilezu, generally one cel will be made per scene. Once that cel has been ordered it will no longer be available for additional orders. Each episode will have a page of screen captures with Item Number, Price, and Availability listed beneath. How to Pre-Order: Please make sure you have thoroughly read and understand everything on this page before placing your order. When you are ready, click on the "Please Pre-Order HERE" icon below and follow the instructions on that page. Methods of Payment: We accept the following forms of payment - 1) IPMO (International Postal Money Order), a pink colored money order available from any United States Post Office. Bank issued International Money Orders or Bank issued Cashiers Checks are NOT accepted. They charge $50 to cash these in Japan, so only POSTAL money orders are accepted. 2) Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard ONLY): NOT THROUGH PAYPAL. Credit card transactions will be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via secured sever. Your credit card company will charge you in US Dollars using the exchange rate when they charge you. Payment Due Date: When your Pre-Order is confirmed you must secure it with a deposit. The remaining balance, plus shipping is due when the rilezu is finished and ready to be shipped. Deposit by IPMO: A deposit of 10,000 yen is required for each rilezu ordered. Payment must be received within 2 weeks of your Pre-Order confirmation date. Please allow time for mailing to Japan. Please click HERE for the detail announcement. Deposit by Credit Card: A deposit of 10,000 yen is required for each rilezu ordered. The credit card deposit must be received within 5 days of your Pre-Order confirmation date. Acceptance of the Pre-Order: When your Pre-Order is confirmed, the status below the image of your rilezu will say "On Hold". When we receive your deposit, it will be changed to "Reserved". When You Will Receive the Rilezu: After we receive your Pre-Order deposit, the studio will begin making the rilezu from the image of your choice. Each rilezu is hand painted; therefore the process may take 2 months or longer to be completed. When your rilezu is finished, we will inform you by e-mail. Please do not keep e-mailing us asking if your order is done, we will let you know. Cancellation and Changes to your Pre-Order: Once your Pre-Order is accepted and your deposit is received, work will start on your rilezu, so we CANNOT accept any cancellations for any reason. If you decide to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit and will be blacklisted from our site. Please make sure you understand this statement and think carefully before making a Pre-Order.
